How does the order process work?
With our Click & Collect service, we offer you the opportunity to order your goods online and have them delivered to your nearest ORSAY shop simply and conveniently.
In our Orsay Shop, you can try on the goods right away, find the right accessories and of course get advice from our staff. Of course you can also try on the items at home as usual.
And this is how it works: Place your desired items in the shopping cart in the online shop. During the further ordering process, select the desired store as a different delivery address.
As usual, you will receive an order confirmation with the order number and then the shipment notification by e-mail.

Do I pay shipping costs?
By selecting this delivery option, shipping costs are automatically cancelled.

How long does the delivery take?
In general our regular delivery time of 2- 7 days applies.
Due to the current situation there may be delays in delivery.

How will I be informed when my order has arrived in the shop?
As soon as your delivery has arrived at the shop you requested, we will inform you by e-mail.

How much time do I have to pick up my order?
Your shipment will be ready for collection in our Orsay shop for 8 days.

Can the collection period be extended?
We are happy to extend the pick-up time, please contact the shop or our customer service department.

Can the order in the shop also be returned?
The articles can be returned in our shops directly at the checkout. You will receive a return confirmation directly.
* Return in the shop on site: We recommend booking returns in the local shop - it is more convenient for you and is faster because the return is handled directly in our system.
Orders from Germany also include a return sticker so that you can return the order to our warehouse by mail.
Orders from Austria do not have a return sticker. If you need one, please contact our customer service.
* Return by mail: Due to the current situation the return booking can take up to three weeks.

What happens if I do not pick up the order within 8 days?
After 8 days the order is usually automatically cancelled by the shop and a refund will be issued if the order has been paid for in advance. If this is not the case, please contact the shop or our customer service.

If I do not want to pick up the order, can I have it cancelled?
If you do not want the order after all, you can inform the shop or our customer service that you wish to cancel the order.

Can the order be paid in the shop?
Click & Collect orders cannot be paid in our local shops. As with regular orders, payment can be made by cash in advance, credit card, PayPal or purchase on account.

What do I have to consider when picking up the order?
The customer must identify himself with his identity card at the store before receiving the order. If you do not want to pick up your order yourself, we ask you to issue a power of attorney (the person picking up the order must also identify himself with his identity card).
